Shipping Policy

We want your Sea Turtle Style order to arrive quickly and safely. Because we work with print-on-demand and dropship suppliers, please review the details below so you know what to expect.

1. How our fulfillment works

Most products are made to order or shipped directly from our suppliers — including Printful, Printify, and Spocket — to your door. This means:

  • Orders with multiple items may ship separately and arrive on different days.
  • You may receive more than one tracking number for a single order.
  • Packages may arrive in supplier or carrier packaging rather than Sea Turtle Style branded boxes.

2. Order processing

  • Processing time: Most orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Print-on-demand items (apparel, accessories) may require additional production time.
  • Order confirmation: You’ll receive a confirmation email shortly after placing your order.
  • Verification: We may contact you to verify order details before processing.

3. Shipping destinations and methods

We currently ship within the United States only. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses — a physical street address is required.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, or customs processing. Processing time is separate from transit time.

4. Shipping costs

  • Free standard shipping on orders of $75 or more.
  • Flat rate standard shipping on orders under $75 (rate displayed at checkout).
  • Expedited shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order contents.

5. Order tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. If your order ships in multiple packages, you’ll receive a separate tracking number for each.

6. Delayed or lost shipments

  • Delays: If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated window, first check your tracking link. Then contact us at shell@seaturtlestyle.com and we’ll investigate with the carrier.
  • Marked delivered but missing: Check with neighbors and your building’s mail area. If still missing, notify us within 3 days of the marked delivery date so we can open a claim.

7. Incorrect shipping addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an undeliverable address, we will contact you — additional shipping charges may apply to reship.

8. Damaged items

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 3 days of delivery at shell@seaturtlestyle.com with your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no charge to you.

9. Changes to this policy

We reserve the right to update this policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised date.
